Body building and visit to thoracic surgeon can be useful.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. As you are already 25 years of age so you are unlikely to get benefitted by braces. You can look for vitamin D level and if found deficiency you can take supplements of vitamin D3. After adolescence, some men use bodybuilding as a means to hide their deformity. Bodybuilding is suggested for people with symmetrical pectus carinatum. The possibility of lifelong cardiopulmonary difficulties is serious enough to warrant a visit to a thoracic surgeon.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

Hi
Welcome back
This is not so serious. but thoracic surgeon can assess your future problems arising out of this and whether surgery can be useful.
MTF HRT is for cosmetic purposes only and may take 2years to develop breast and hide the deformity.
Other method is body building ( muscle building by excercises) to hide the deformity. It also has other health benefits.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
