Brief Answer:
Not a symptom of Parkinson's, but more frequent in PD patients.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Peripheral neuropathy is not a feature of Parkinson's disease (PD), not part of its symptoms. Studies have shown that it is more frequent in Parkinson's patients, but that is thought to be due to vitamin B12 deficiency in patients treated with levodopa, not due to Parkinson's itself.

So if you have peripheral neuropathy symptoms it shouldn't be dismissed as part of Parkinson's but it should be confirmed through nerve conduction studies and its origin be investigated through further blood tests. Most common caus to be tested for is diabetes but there are many other possible cause vitamin B12 deficiency included.
