Question: I am 14 days late and I'm having lower back pains, I have taken 15 pregnancy test and they are all negative?

If you have done 15 pregnancy tests and all are negative then you aren't pregnant.

There are other many reasons that cause delay to missed periods.
And the most common reason is excess stress that can cause hormonal imbalances.

Hence try to be calm, and while you have lower abdominal pain you will have periods.
