Brief Answer:
Anal fissure
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is most likely to be anal fissure. YOu need a digital rectal examination and probably anoscope to check the length and determine the degree of the fissure. There are certain medications for mild degree of fissure. However lifestyle improvements including high fibre diet, exercise are common and have to be followed for lifetime.
Psyllium husk will add fibre that can be taken to add bulk to the food and easy passage of stool incase you have hard stool.
First get the final diagnosis and opinion on the treatment options available.
