Brief Answer:
Regarding pigmentation and stretch marks
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is common to develop pigmentation during pregnancy. I request you to kindly upload an image in "Reports Section" of the area with a black mark on your neck so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.
As far as the stretch marks are concerned they are not entirely preventable. Post pregnancy you may use a cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks e.g Tretinoin 0.05% cream, once every night for a few months.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Acanthosis Nigricans
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You seem to have Acanthosis Nigricans - dark, velvety textured skin - which is most likely due to weight gain and insulin resistance during pregnancy.
I suggest you to apply the same cream which I have suggested for stretch marks i.e tretinoin 0.025 %cream (Retino A 0.025 %cream) once every night.
Weight loss would definitely help in improvement.
Hope I have answered your query.
