Question: Hi I'm seeing this girl n we might be pregnant so I been getting tangled up with her every chance I get .last Saturday she took the morning after pill n this week she experienced pinkish drops two days ago n then yesterday dark red blood , she says a little on the a lot of blood side. She has not been able to eat a full meal she got her period yesterday n then today it was gone

There seems negligible chance of pregnancy.
Since the pregnancy test is negative nothing to worry as this pinkish discharge is because of the emergency pill intake and will be fine soon.
Avoid emergency pill intake in future as it will fiddle with her cycle.
