Brief Answer:
Polyarthralgia -can be immune related.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You are having polyarthralgia that can be related to the antibodies that have been detected. This can be an immune related problem or due to Multiple sclerosis.
Other causes can be rheumatoid arthritis, gout, inflammatory diseases like SLE, bursitis, fibromyalgia, etc.
Such problems are often associated with chronic pains that are difficult to treat.
Regular anti-inflammatory agents and physiotherapy of the affected joints can help in retaining the problem and maintaining joint mobility.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
