Question: is postural hypertension a possible symptom of post concussion syndrome?

I had a concussion 6 months ago and my mri, ct and MRA were all relatively clear. I am suffering from irregular heart beats, muscle spasms, postural hypertension and sleep disorder.

Postural hypotension is not related to post concussion syndrome.
A small concussion that happened six months ago would have completely cleared by now. It can cause mild memory loss or some occasional dizziness. But it will not cause irregular heart beats, muscle spasms or sleep disorder. This can happen due to stress, anxiety, electrolyte disturbance, etc. Cardiac causes also need to be ruled out after a proper examination and a few tests.
