Brief Answer:
The bleeding is due to hormonal disturbance.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The continuous bleeding that you are having is likely to be due to a hormonal disturbance caused by the emergency pill (unwanted 72). Pregnancy is not there. The bleeding is not suggestive of a miscarriage. To stop the bleeding you need to start with hormonal pills like norethisterone 5 mg thrice a day. This should be continued for 10 days and then after you get the normal period you can start with a regular contraceptive pill to get regular and normal periods back.
I hope this answers your query.
Wishing you good health.
