Is Pregnancy Okay When With Thyroid?

Question: I had a conversation with the doctor online. And she had asked me to lower my dose of Thyronorm from 150 mg to 125 mg and take a re test. Sorry for the delay. I had taken a test and looks like the reports are normal with 125 mg. Attached are the same. I took this test in the month of August and the result was 2.07 ( TSH). Now I want to be prepared for my second pregnancy. Please let me know if this result is fine or the other test should be done to confirm all if well with Thyroid.Secondly, please let me know of any suggestions regarding pregnancy along with thryroid. My age is now 33 years, hence I am concerned and want to be prepared for a healthy pregnancy.
Brief Answer:
Need to do FT4
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi! TSH 2.07 uIU/ml is normal otherwise but for pregnancy we need more strict control. We need TSH below 2 uIU/ml, also we need to check FT4 through out pregnancy. For now you may continue the same dose and repeat a test after 3 months ie sometime in November. or if pregnancy test is positive, whichever is earlier. Please test TSH and FT4 every time and do let me know .
regards!
