Is Pregnancy Possible By Having Unprotected Sex During Safe Period?
Question: Respected Madam,
I had a sex with my girl friend on 30th April without condom and ejaculated into her completely, that was her 4th day of period. While sex a very low amount of blood seen at her vagina and same amount of blood was continued on 5th and 6th day of her period (ie 1st and 2nd of May)
After that everything was normal, no signs of pregnancy observed. But on 24th of this month a slight pain in the breast reported. Mensovit taken from 23rd of May daily 3 capsules 2 days (total 6 cap), still no period.
Her due was on 24th May but still no period. Yesterday she checked inserting her finger in deep of vagina and a slight blood seen.
I would like to know the reason for delayed period. Is there chance of pregnancy?? Even if had sex for only once in periods?? Her cycle is 28 days normally.
At the same time I would like to know the dosage of Mankind's Unwanted for medical abortion. (General Protocol). Is this can be taken orally or to be inserted in vagina?
What we should do now?? We are not at all ready for pregnancy.
Please help me on this. We are in heavy tension.

Having sex only once that too on day 4 of the cycle is not likely to cause a pregnancy. The chances of pregnancy in such cases is less than 10%. Right now your friend is overdue by just one day. The delay in periods can be due to tension or anxiety also. It is best to wait for her periods for next few days and the test her urine for pregnancy. In case the test comes positive only then an abortion kit needs to be used. The slight bleeding that she is having can be due to impending period. Just wait for the bleeding to increase.
I can explain the general protocol of abortion pills to you, but again, taking them without consulting a doctor is not just illegal, but potentially life threatening.
Generally, 1 tablet of Mifepristone is taken orally.
24 hours later, 2 tablets of 200 mcg Cytotec are taken orally or vaginally followed by 2 more such tablets another 24 hours later.
After this procedure, bleeding and cramping might start within 24 - 48 hours, and continue for upto 2 - 3 weeks.
It is also vital to have a follow up ultrasound scan to check that the abortion pills worked and the uterus is empty, after 15 days of taking the tablets.
Failing to take these precautions , there are risks such as - infection, uncontrolled bleeding, retained products, undiagnosed ectopic pregnancy etc.
And if these steps are followed, the pills work in more than 95 % of cases.
