Brief Answer:
chances of pregnancy are negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting HCM.
If you have had a protected intercourse and experienced no condom misadventure , then the likelihood of pregnancy is minimal. However if your partner is unsure about the ejaculation , then you have done the right thing by taking the emergency contraceptive pill as it would further reduce the chances of implantation to endometrium. Usually the withdrawal bleed should start within 7 days of pill intake , and if it occurs then you would be pregnancy safe.
The success rates of ipill are around 95 % and hence you can rest assured for not getting pregnant given the circumstances,
regards

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your prompt respond. I have some questions. What is withdrawal bleed? Is it mandatory to occur if iPill is taken? If it occurs can I be sure that I am not pregnant? And if it does not happen then will my pregnancy be confirmed?

Brief Answer:
explained

Detailed Answer:
well withdrawal bleed is the start of menses after the epic intake. It is necessary to have the bleed after pill , because if it doesn't occur it can indicate a possible pregnancy which needs to be confirmed with a urine pregnancy test later.
