The moment I am resting, this pain starts in my legs and makes me more restless. I can't sleep the whole night. I am having cough since 1 year. This is dry but the moment I am suffering from cold, I have sputum while coughing. My eye power is -2.5. Most of the time I am suffering from cold. I am having random black moles since 4-5 years. Sometimes due to stress and personal tensions, I am unable to sleep due to which my body temperature rises and am suffering from fever.I start to have periods with heavy discharge. If I rest and drink buttermilk then it stops.I had my last period in September first week 2016. Around 16th September, I had unprotected sex with my husband. I had taken ipill to avoid pregnancy.Till now I haven't had my periods. After this, even after eating less,I feel as if I have over eaten. Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
I will first answer to the issue that is bothering you most. Ipill is very effective in preventing pregnancy. But it does have a small failure rate. So get a pregnancy test done. If you are pregnant and if you don't wish to continue pregnancy then there are medicines available to abort it. I feel that the delay in periods your case is because of the stress you are going through and not due to pregnancy.
I have read your notes carefully. It appears that since you are staying alone, away from your family, you are depressed. You are not concentrating on your diet too. I sincerely request you to go for counselling sessions with psychologist.
Be positive. Do not worry about the things that you cannot change. Exercise regularly. Form a group with your friends and exercise, so that you remain more regular.Try to do some yoga/meditation daily. It really helps.
Eat healthy food. Make sure to eat a fruit daily. Add salads to your meal daily. Get your thyroid hormones checked. Some of your symptoms can be due to thyroid hormone deficiency. Take a multivitamin daily.
Get checked by ENT specialist and physician for your headache, cough and cold.
Be positive.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

Is there any specific reason why I am getting the black moles.
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Since you are saying that the black moles come and go, you probably have freckles. These are brown- black spots, occurring on face and other sun exposed areas. They occur due to excessive accumulation of melanin pigment.
Avoid sun as much as possible. Use sun screen with SPF 50 if you are going out in sun.
I hope this is helpful.
If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama

The moles are in my body and not in my body.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Do you mean moles are not on sun exposed areas. Did not understand what you wrote. Please clarify.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
They may be freckles or lentigenes.
Though genetics is involved, exposure to sun exagarates them.
As long as they come and go they are harmless. You need not worry.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama
