Brief Answer:
You can avoid taking I-pill again.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
If you had an unprotected sex within 24 hours of taking the I-pill then it should work. There is no need to take the pill again as it will cause a further delay in your periods. It is best to avoid taking such high dose contraceptive pills at such short intervals.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
You can expect a period by 25th . Do wait till 30th. In case the periods do not start then do a pregnancy test.
You can have haldi or papaya but these are not likely to help.
The mild cramps can be due to impending periods. The implantation takes 7 days after intercourse to happen.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
