Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan B After Unprotected Intercourse?

Question: So I just had unprotected sex last Friday. It didn't mean to happen but it did. I was currently fertile and now I am ovulating. I took a plan b pill Sunday night and I feel totally out of wack. I feel like I am going to puke everytime I eat. My stomach has been hurting to sleep on too (I always sleep on my stomach) what are the chances I am pregnant?
Brief Answer:
unlikely as you took pills
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. It is usually recommended to take pill within 48 hrs of unprotected sexual intercourse per vagina. As you took it so chances of pregnancy are unlikely. Hopefully all your symptoms will settle in few days but if they persist then you can visit hospital to get medication.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

I took the pill later than 48 hours though. What are those symptoms from?
Brief Answer:
can be due to exertion
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Physical exertion can at that moment can result in hormonal imbalance which can produce such symptoms. Similarly stress/anxiety can also be a leading cause of such symptoms. So i would suggest you to wait for a week and then for your personal satisfaction get the tests done.
