Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

Question: Hi, i had unprotected sex last tuesday night around 11 or 12. Thursday morning i took a morning after pill. He came inside of me. I also have the mirena IUD, but it hasnt been checked since February. What is the chance of pregnancy if my mirena iud
wasnt there?

Practically nil chances of pregnancy because effect of mire a stays for 3-4 months at least after removal also and you took emergency pill within time.
Only risk is of failure of ipill which is around 5% if the coitus was in mid cycle time.
So you are most likely safe.

I had just ended my period the day before, so i feel as if im safe. I have been reading where the plan b has failed and alot of people have become pregnant. Should i make an appointment and get my IUD checked? I am worrying myself

Get Mirena checked

Mo dear, nothing to worry as the chances for conception were already low plus you had plan B and over and above got your periods too.
So no need to worry from pregnancy point of view but definitely get mirena status checked soon.
It is not goo to neglect the need to check for mirena and also if mirena is inside then no need to take plan B at all.
