Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

Question: My partner and i had intercourse december 3 he did come in me i took a plan b pill 3 days later according to my period tracker i was ovulating it is now day 11 and im having horrible cramps and blood clots when i wipe quartered sized or bigger it scares me because i had a daughter who had triploidy is this normal?

Plan B should be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse to prevent the pregnancy.
The cramps and blood clots can be due to the bleeding caused by plan B due to its hormonal effect.
I will suggest you to wait for a week, and then get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out any pregnancy.

About a day after i took the pill for the next three days i had cramping nad nausea and now i am having severe cramping and clots i lost a daughter from triploidy so it just scared me is this a sign of miscarriage or pregnancy! Or shoukd i be worried
