Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Unwanted 72 Pill?

Question: I hd a sex with my gf after her period over. Last periods was her started on 23 October I did a sex Afer 4-5 days After period completed, and she took unwanted 72 pill within a 2-4 hours same day and one pills on next day after a sex for safer But on 18 nov she had a bleeding for a moment and stopped and again started on 21 nov and stopped and this time is her period time , I m not quite sure whether is this her period or a unexpected bleeding due to the pills because bleeding didn't flow in a continuos way , bleeding happen in a gaping please ans me , is she safe from pregnancy ?

If she took Unwanted 72 pill within 2 to 4 hours of unprotected sex then she is safe from pregnancy.

Unwanted 72 pill contains a high dose of hormones. It is known to cause early or delayed cycles in most women for next 2 cycles. Keeping this in mind, your girlfriend might have early or late and mid cycle bleeding. You can consider her periods starting on 18th November for practical purpose but this is not a cycle from which you can calculate fertile dates. It is best to observe the length of this cycle and next cycle and then once the duration is as it was before taking Unwanted 72 pill, you can say that she is having her normal cycles.

Taking Unwanted 72 pill can cause abnormal periods leading to early and delay in most women. It is also known to cause cysts in ovaries and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome if taken regularly. Pregnancy test should be done at least 15 days after sexual intercourse.

Home pregnancy test kit results is most accurate when done at least 15 days following sexual intercourse. If the test is done on same day when taking Unwanted 72 pills then the test will appear false negative even if there is a pregnancy.

Please calculate about 15 days from date of sex and then proceed with home pregnancy test is required.
