Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
Before I explain you about the post coital emergency contraception, let me explain you about the fertile window. Woman produces egg only once in a cycle. This is known as ovulation and the day of ovulation is 14 days prior to the next expected menstrual period.
The egg has life of 24 hours while the sperms are active for 3 days. Hence, a period of about a week is considered as fertile window. So considering your next period is due on 21 November, your expected date of ovulation would have been 07 November and your fertile period would have been from 3 November to 11 November.
So as it is your intercourse was far away from the fertile window which reduces the possibility of pregnancy by intercourse on 30 October; though this should not be used as a method of contraception.
Moreover, you have protected your unprotected intercourse by taking Postpone 72 on 2 November at 3:00 pm. However, you have not mentioned the time of your intercourse. These pills are effective if taken within 72 hours of the unprotected intercourse. If you inform me the exact time of your intercourse, I can figure out how well protected you are.
These pills have few after effects:
1. Few days after consuming the pills, some amount of minor bleeding is noted. It lasts for a couple of days and then stops. This needs no attention.
2. The following menstrual period may be postponed by few days to a week maximum. Hence you have to wait patiently for the menses to appear.
As it is the pregnancy test on urine should be performed after about a week of the missed period to avoid false negative results. So if you do not get menses even after a delay for a week, you may perform pregnancy test on the overnight morning first urine sample to have reliable results as the overnight urine has concentrated hormones in it.
If you have any more query or want any more information about the issue, I am always available for you, XXXXX. Please communicate the information asked for. Now you may consider posting a good review with 5 stars rating for me.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,
From 30 October midnight to 2 November 3 pm are 63 hours. So you have taken them well within stipulated time; i.e. within 72 hours of the unprotected sex and you are well protected from the pregnancy.
As I have already informed you, your menses this time may get delayed by few days to a week or so; you need not be worried about it.
Please remember, Postinor 72 or similar pills is an emergency contraceptive method and emergency should not become a routine. So please adapt some reliable regular contraceptive method like oral contraceptive pills, intrauterine device or condom to avoid such stress
in future.

No stress till the diagnosis is made
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Please do not become panicky; it will further delay your menses.
If you do not get your menses a week after missed period, you may find out your pregnancy status by:
1. Pregnancy test on overnight morning first urine sample. If this test is performed too early, it may report false negative results.
2. Alternatively you may get Beta hCG test done. Values above 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the values are under 5 mIU/ml.
If by chance, you are pregnant, you can terminate the pregnancy by medicines also up to 9 weeks of gestation. However, the medicines HAVE to be prescribed by an Obstetrician. You cannot do it of your own; it is risking the life as well as is illegal.
You cannot say you do not want to go to any doctor. After all doctors take care of your health.
Please relax. Do not take any stress till one week has passed after missing a period.
Please keep me informed.
