Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Emergency Contraceptive After Intercourse?

Question: I had sex with my boyfriend on 6th day of my periods and took an ipill within 12 hrs. After 5 days of taking the I pill, I had bleeding ( withdrawal bleeding I suppose). When will this bleeding stop? Is there a chance of pregnancy even after this phase of bleeding due to previously mentioned intercourse.plz hellp

Taking emergency contraceptive within 12 hours after intercourse will prevent pregnancy in majority of cases. The bleeding that you experiencing is the bleeding to dislodge the implanted ovum, in case conception has taken place.
