Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy are almost nil

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you had plan B within72 hours of unprotected intercourse, and had further intercourse with condom on, there is absolutely nil chances of pregnancy.
However, plan B fails in preventing the pregnancy in 1-2% cases, and that is the rare chances of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
