Usually the bleeding is seen after 1 weak to 10 days after removal of XXXXXXX
The bloating sensation could be due to the hormonal withdrawal or due to the premenstrual symptom.
Coming to the pregnancy it is highly less chances with with in 3-5 days after removing XXXXXXX But i suggest yo to check for the UPT test if you do not get your cycles in time.
