Is Pregnancy Possible On Missing A Dose Of Deviry?
Question: hi. I have PCOD and was advised deviry twice for 5 days. I missed my third dose but then completed the entire pack with one dose lag (2 doses on day 1, 1 dose on day 2, 2 doses on day 3, 2 doses on day 4, 2 doses on day 5, 1 dose on day 6). It is my 12th day after the last dose and I still haven't gotten my period. What should be my next course of action?
Brief Answer:
Pregnancy test advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Do a Urine pregnancy test and tell me the results.
Most common reason for lack of withdrawal bleeding is unrecognized pregnancy so test for it first.
Waiting for your response.

It is positive!!! I am thrilled. I will go and meet my gyneac today and get some advice from her. However, I have planned travel overseas on Saturday. the longest leg of the journey is a 14 hour flight. If i take proper medication and precaution, is this travel safe? I shall be travelling from 19th December and return on 11th XXXXXXX My last LMP was on 30th October.
Brief Answer:
Can travel
Detailed Answer:
Congratulations and I'm very happy for you.
Yes you can travel but since the flight is long take care of proper circulation in legs by constant activity in the form of extension and flexion at knee while sitting every half an hour or and a stroll to bathroom in two hours or so.
Keep taking a lot of water and juices.
All the best for your journey and god bless you with a healthy pregnancy.

I am leaving tonight. I keep getting slight twinges in my uterus. It doesnt hurt, just feels like I am going to get my periods. I am really scared. I hope it is not a miscarriage. Can I do anything to avoid a miscarriage?
Brief Answer:
Common pregnancy symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Nothing to worry as these are common pregnancy symptoms as the uterus is enlarging due to the growing baby.
So nothing except rest and Precautions advised before.
Wish you best of health.
