Is Pregnancy Possible Through Frottage?
Question: Hi doctor,today me and my partner had dry sex (my penis was open and her vagina covered with a thin cotton fabric),after the discharge of semen we found that her cotton fabric was wet and saturated with semen,most of the semen got into her hands,a drop or two fell on my stomach,when I touched her cotton cloth,it was saturated and there was some semen stuck to her cotton fabric,is it possible that she can get pregnant,(the cotton fabric was quite light)?

To become pregnant a single sperm is required and that can be made available even during dry sex. With increase number of sperms the chances become greater but in described scenario there is similar chances of getting pregnant.
Normally fertile period is around ovulation which occurs around 14 days before next menstruation.

There has been no intercourse till date,the cloth she was wearing was cotton and most of the semen was into her hands.I know even a single sperm can cause fertility of an egg,but please answer one thing,can a sperm cross a single layer of cloth? Some say it can,some say it cannot,some say it needs a heavy amount of semen to penetrate the cloth.It was on Health Care magic that I read a sperm cannot pass a single layer of cloth.

Sperms are very small in size and pore available in most of clothes are enough for them to swim through.
In your case you can relax as there is no chance of pregnancy. Ovulation occurs around 14 days prior to next period and that is fertile period. With the details it can be said that from 6-10 November will be fertile and avoid sex during this period.

Presence of nausea and headaches are non specific symptoms which can present in any illness of body. They may be presentation of epigastric discomfort or due to food poisoning. In addition they may also be due to some infection in any part of body. Even slight stress can cause nausea and headaches.
I must inform you that the nausea and sharp headaches do not indicate anything about dry intercourse you had three days back.
