Brief Answer:
Delayed menses
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
As she was on the first day of her menses on 3rd july , she was anyways in her safe period and hence there was no need to give unwanted at all. Unwanted which is a progesterone pill would have caused stabilisation of endometrium further and hence the menses have been stopped and delayed. They shall resume on their own within a week after the effect of unwanted diminishes and she would get her withdrawal bleed. The vomiting is because of unwanted progesterone effect and would reduce soon. It must have stopped by now.
Just wait for a 5 more days and the bleeding should start. PLEASE PRACTICE BARRIER CONTRACEPTION TILL SHE RESUMES HER MENSES NOW.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Yes stomach pain and cramps are normal as she was about to menstruate when you gave her the pill, which was not correct firstly. If the menses don't resume in a week then get a pregnancy test done for safety , even though there are no chances of pregnancy and if it comes negative, then you just have to wait for another week total of 15 days from missed period to allow hormones to settle and menses to resume.
If even after that it doesn't resume then she would need a transvaginal ultrasound to check to endometrial thickness and if more than 10mm , she would require a dilatation and curettage for removing the old endometrium.
