Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of pregnancy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcone to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.
You had sex with your girl friend on the fifth day of period cycle (Since your girl friend had her mensus on 27 th December ). This falls under the safe period. Pregnancy is least likely at that stage, provided your girl friend's length of period cycle are 28 days or more.
There are many reasons for delayed periods like stress (both physical and mental), sudden weight gain, hormonal imbalance etc.
Get a pregnancy test done. I expect it to be negative. Then consult doctor and take progesterone to start periods.
I hope this is helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama.

Brief Answer:
The first week of period cycle is safe.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
The first week of period cycle is a safe period. So my answer remains the same even if she has started period on 28th.
The delay in period is unlikely to be due to I pill as she has taken the pill very early.
There are home urine pregnancy kits available in the pharmacy shops. You can buy them and do it at home or go to the lab to get the pregnancy test done.
If you have further concerns, do write to me.
Best wishes
Dr Rama

Thanks for your response.
Today we will get pregnancy test done, if its negative, so do we have to wait for periods to occur normally or have to take progesterone medicine.
If so can you suggest any medicine for that and dosage. please suggest. now its 9 days up from her periods date. Last month her periods ended on 2nd january. or her periods will come on around february 27.
please suggest

Hi,
Welcome back.
If the pregnancy test is negative your girl friend can definitely wait for the periods to come normally.
If she is too much worried , then she can start progesterone 10 mg ( Provera or Primolut-N ) daily for 7 days under her treating doctors supervision. She will start her periods within 7 days of completing the treatment.
I hope this is helpful. If you have further concerns, do write to me.
