Low chances but yes, they are.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
There are usually low chances following such act. However, if the male partner finger's contained sperm, then chances are there.
If you periods are delayed, then you have to wait for next 2-3 more days, after which you can perform a urine pregnancy test at home.
Chances of pregnancy are low by this method, but can't be ruled out completely.
Periods can get delayed otherwise also, due to other reasons like any medicines, stress.
However, wait for 2-3 days more, and if you don't get periods, get the test done and write back to me with the results obtained.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
Dr Anshul Varshney , MD

Further treatment would be decided based on the results.

She has done her test by kit. It's showing negative. No pregnancy is showing. It is 7th day today but not a single symptom of coming period is there. Give me now your final opinion and advice. And seriously very thankful to you
Wait and Watch
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend, see pregnancy test comes positive after 10 days of missing the periods.
She needs to get the test repeated after 3 days and if that is negative, she needs to see a gynecologist who would evaluate her for the other causes of missing the periods.
However, i personally feel that she is not pregnant.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
