Question: Is there sperm in pre seminal fluid? If so how likely is it to get a woman pregnant without the proper chemicals the sperm needs?

there are sperms but fertilization is not likely

There is very small number of sperms in presminal fluid so pregnancy is possible even without ejaculation but chances for something like this are extremely low,around 1/500. Wish you good health.regards
