Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?
Question: Hi doc
I touch my penis to remove some precum with my finger.
Then i proceed to wash my hands just with water and clean a little bit my hands over my pants.
Then I went to my room and kiss my gf, i started to finger his vagina.
There is a risk of pregnancy doing this?
Thanks

Brief Answer:
You do not have to worry about pregnancy in that situation
Detailed Answer:
Hello, and I hope I can help you today.
Pre-cum, or pre-ejaculate really does not contain much sperm except when you are about to ejaculate, which is why the pull-out method is not very effective. However, sperm dies when exposed to air or water, so unless your penis directly touched your girlfriend's vagina or right outside it, you do not have to worry about a risk of pregnancy.
I hope I was able to answer your question adequately today and that this information was reassuring. If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Best wishes, Dr. Brown

That same day my girlfriend made me a hand job over my underwear.
Almost I ejaculate but i did not. Then we stop and began to talk some minutes and then she touched her vagina.
Her vagina was wet, she said.
I reviewed my underwear and was some wet but in some points but i have not ejaculated.
she touch my hands and my face before touch the vagina.
That could represent a pregnant risk? Touch the underwear with some precum and some minutes later touch the vagina.
Brief Answer:
As there was no skin contact between penis and vagina, there is no risk
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Even if your girlfriend actually touched the preejaculatory fluid that came out of your penis and then touched herself, the air that the fluid was exposed to on her hand, your pants, or both, would kill any live sperm that may have been present.
Unless you have direct skin-to-skin contact from a wet skin surface to her wet vaginal area, there is no way for sperm to survive that way. Generally, accidental pregnancies without penetration are possible, but it usually requires at least ejaculation right outside her vagina onto a moist area so the sperm don't get exposed to the air.
So in general, unless you have sex or penetrate her a little or rub the penis directly (with no barrier) near the vaginal opening there really is no pregnancy risk.
I hope this is reassuring and thanks you for using my services and Healthcaremagic.com
