Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: sir i had unprotected sex with my fiancÃ©e after 10 months gap. on 18 19 20 this month twice daily. each time I started ejaculations was only after i had removed my penis well outside her vagina. making sure that the semen doesn't get in touch with her genitals. last month her periods were around 21 to 23. this month is already 26th but she hasnt started her periods yet. can u pls advise if it is possible to have a delay in periods after having sex like this. we r extremely worried about the chances of pregnancy as we r not married yet. kindly advise in this situations.

There is evidence that precum ( pre ejaculate fluid) does contain sperms and rarely can result in pregnancy. Therefore although you have ejaculated outside the vagina there is a very slim possibility of pregnancy. So get a pregnancy test done. If negative, let your fiancee consult doctor and take progesterone to start the period.

Does your fiancee have regular periods? If she has regular cycles, then the dates you had sex fall within the safe period and there is no chance for pregnancy.
Other than pregnancy there are several reasons for delayed period. Even stress (physical or mental) and change in body weight can also delay period.

as u have asked please note that since past 3 4 months her periods are regularly falling on dates between 21stt to 24th.

also please advise in our case when can we have the pregnancy test done to confirm.

Since she is having regular cycles, there is hardly any possibility of pregnancy.

Wait for a week. She may start her periods naturally. If she does not start period, get a pregnancy test done after a week. If you are too stressed you can get the pregnancy test done today.
