Is Pregnancy Possible Through Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?
Question: My girlfriend is on birth control but recently switched pill brands (I don't know exactly when and what brands). She takes every pill on the dot. In addition, we always use a condom when having sex. One night a few weeks ago, we started to have unprotected sex but stopped after about a minute. I did not ejaculate. Now she just had her period and it was much lighter than normal. She's worried that she could possibly be pregnant. I feel that it is unlikely that this is the case since she has been consistent with her birth control and I did not ejaculate inside her. But she is worried it could be possible since she switched pills and if i had "precum". Do you think we have anything to worry about?
Brief Answer:
Chances of pregnancy almost nil
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Chances of pregnancy are almost nil if the timing of birth control pills is consistent.
Moreover, if there was no ejaculation inside the vagina, then the possibility of pregnancy is nil.
However, she should get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out any pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
