Brief Answer:
Side effect of i pill
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I pill has the side effect of delaying the next expected periods by 2-3 weeks.
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, stress or side effects of I pill.
I will suggest her to get a urine pregnancy test done, if negative, then there is nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, chances of pregnancy are very low, though not nil, if she had withdrawal bleeding after taking I pill. The bleeding on 31 July was most likely the withdrawal bleeding due to the hormonal effect of the I pill.
It is better to be sure by ruling out pregnancy by urine pregnancy test.
