Is Pregnancy Possible Through Unprotected Sex On 4th Day Of Menstruation?

Question: My wife have not period which was supposed to be around 14-15 of March. We had unprotected sex after 4th day of her previous period date. We had aborted for 3 times previously and not in mental condition to abort nor have a child right at this moment.
Please suggest

1) Since you had sex on 4th day of periods, there is no chance of pregnancy.

2) Delay in periods may be due to some other reasons.

3) WHy dont you go for contraceptive like Copper containing IUCD ?

Further to my question, I would like to have some more inputs on the subject matter.

1. Keeping in mind our mental condition as well as family issues at present we are under-going, is the theory of having sex after 3rd of any period and before 3 days of the expecting period, is medically full-proof.

2. Whom do we go for a check-up/consult-either a general physician or a gynaecologist for further remedial action.

3. Is there any medication available to start the period again. If so, then when it will start if the medicine is taken.

4. In case there is no need of medicine to start the period, then when it will start naturally keeping in mind the current date of 14th/15th of March.

1) You are right. First 8 days after periods and last 8 days before periods is safe period to have sex.

2) Gynecologist is a better person for next consultation.

3) There are medicines like primolut N to start periods.

4) Dont start medicine and wait for periods to start naturally.

I beg your pardon and without undermining your suggestion, do you suggest to go for a pregnancy test using the devices like "Pregnameter" available in the medical shops.
