Is Pregnancy Possible When Having A Follicle Size Of 26x24mm?

Question: Hi doctor
On my 20th day of cycle
The left ovary follical size is 26x24mm with thickness 12 mm and it's not ruptured
How are my chances of getting pregnant?

Hello

Left ovarian follicle size is optimum for rupture.It can rupture any time.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.

Ovulation is indicated by collapsed structure in left ovary and mild fluid in POD.

Chances of pregnancy are maximum in 24-48 hours of ovulation,so couple should plan multiple unprotected intercourse after ovulatioin.Female should lie down with folded hips and knees for 15-20 minutes after mating.It helps in ascend of sperms.

Does this late rupturing decrease my chances of being pregnant?
For how many does should we have intercource to increase my chances of getting pregnant?

Ovulation should occur by this time.You may need medicine like clomiphene citrate for expulsion of ovum.
Late ovulation doesn't generally decrease chances of pregnancy.

Couple can have 2-3 times intercourse to increase chances of pregnancy.

I just wish to ask my doctor gave me duphaston tablet for 7 days just after when the follicle ruptured, whts the significance of it?
She was also saying that because it got ruptured on 21st day of the cycle so its late, i am anxious to get pregnant, is this late rupturing a problem?
Doctor gave CoQ tablet for my husband, whts the significance of that?
