Is Pregnancy Possible With One Patent Fallopian Tube?

Question: Left tube is not visualized ? Cornual block
Right tube is patent.
what are the chances of getting pregnant naturally ? (2 yrs back miscarriage)

Please guide me

I can understand your concerns,

As you told that youhave right tube patent.you need not to worry. There is good chances of getting pregnant.

Keep in mind about fertile period. Do More frequently inter course during fertile period.

Keep pillow below legs so that maximum semen will go inside.

I have been trying from long time to conceive, from 6 month i have been taking pills as suffering PCOD
taking tab: genette-35, oosure forte & exermet 850, now i m getting my menses on time without single day delay
Should i start inter course during fertile period

I advise that you should plan it.

you should stop taking genette-35 as it is contraceptive.

you can continue exermet along with it lifestyle changes as healthy diet and exercise daily including brisk walk for 10mins,it will help in reducing symptoms of PCOS.

you should take tablet clomiphen citrate50mg for 5 days from 3rd of your period(prescription drug),if there is difficulty in conceiving.discuss with your gynecologist.

She also suggested ovulation/follicular study

Are there 50% chances since my left tube is blocked

Hello,

Sorry for late response,

There is nothing like that that you have 50% chances only.

Some women conceive easily without being aware of one tube blockade. There can be a delay but the conception is possible.

I would also advise a follicular study to know the status of ovulation.

When size of follicle reaches around 20mm(near mid cycle), increase the frequency of intercourse.

Injection HCG can be used if needed. It can follicular rupture which will facilitate release of egg from ovary and thus conception.
