Is Pregnancy Possible With Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: Doctor can you please help me. I had partial sex with my wife there was no penitration but may be pre cum. The month we had done this by the end of the month she had periods they were 5 days late but now this month 10 days hv been passed by her actual date. She usually have late periods. So in this can she become pregnant?

Doctor but if there would be precum would it also lead to pregnancy? Are 10 days delay in period is normal? Would be urine pregnancy test will be helpful and according to you are there chances of pregnancy?

Thank you so much doctor. So except urine pregnancy do i need to go through few more test? If the test shows negative and periods did not happen so what next step should i take? I am really tensed
