Is Pregnancy Possible Without Ejaculation?
Question: If I had penetration, briefly - two to three times. With no ejaculation and had urinated several times since last ejaculation. What is the pregnancy risk for my wife?
Brief Answer:
If no ejaculation inside, no risk at all
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
To have pregnancy sperms in semen must be ejaculated in cervix. After that if female is in ovulation phase of her menstrual cycle then only chance of sperm-ovum fertilization is there which leads to pregnancy.
You have penetrated but no ejaculation. No chance of sperm to reach inside uterus and no pregnancy.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

No concerns with pre-cum?
Brief Answer:
In your case no concern
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.
I can understand your concern.
Pre-cum does not contain sperms. However sometime if sperms with last recent ejaculation remains in urethra of penis, it may flush out of penis with pre-cum. But here also ejaculation has to be in last 12-24 hours and no urination in between.Otherwise sperm can not survive more there.
You told that you have frequent urination after last ejaculation, so no chances of sperms in pre cum and no pregnancy.

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Thanks for your reply. There seems to be conflicting views in this via the Internet, thus you are certain, no ejaculation (combined with my circumstances) equals no pregnancy? Sorry for pressing this - just want to insure clarity. Thanks again!
Brief Answer:
yes , considering your circumstances no pregnancy is there
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
Naturally, without ejaculation pregnancy is not possible.
And there are the least chances of pregnancy with pre-cum also in any case.
In your case specifically , urination is frequent after last ejaculation. So by chance if any sperms are there after ejaculation, they washed out with urine.
Pre-cum is the liquid that seeps out of the penis before ejaculation occurs. This fluid is released from the coupers gland, located at the top of the urethra. It does not contain sperms. (You might have read somewhere on internet that it contains sperms and you are concerned likely due to that but of curse it is not the right thing)The purpose of this fluid is to reduce the acidity in the urethra and provide lubricant for the sperm that is released once ejaculation occurs.
With this physiology there is no chance of pregnancy at all in your case.
It will be confirmed when your wife will have menses next month.
Hope I have answered your query. If still any query there, I will be happy to answer. If not, you can close the discussion and if feasible give your feedback so I can improve my service. In future you can contact me directly if you wish with this link: http://bit.ly/drchintansolanki
