Question: MY DAUTHER PROLACTIN IS 238. IAM WORRIED ABOUT THE HIGJH LEVEL PROLACTIN. KINDLY EXPLAIN THE WHOLE. IS THEIR MATTER OF WORRIED .HOW IS ITS TREATMENT DONE. TSH LEVEL ON 26/03/2016 WAS 2.33. THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED MEDICINES CABERGOLINE,STRICT AND LLIOEVRI SYRUP. THE TABLECTS CAUSE NASEUA AND HEADACHE. THEN WE LEAVE THE MEDICINE FOR THAT TIME

Before proceeding with any treatment I suggest you repeat Serum prolactin levels so that it is confirmed that prolactin levels are high.
If it's high again please continue Cabgolin tablets 0.5 mg as prescribed. If feeling nausea ask her to take an antacid before meal and take Cabgolin after meal so that nausea reduces.
Repeat prolactin levels after a month of treatment. If it's still high get MRI scan of brain to identify if there is any tumor like prolactinoma. Let me know if you need anymore help.
