welcome back to Healthcare Magic,
Like you said you have been suffering from specific phobia and Acid peptic dosorder, You should continue your medicine until you are free of your symptoms.
There are various modalalities of treatment available for phobia which are -
1.counselling by a psychiatrist
2.various exposure technique
3.Desensitization methods.
so once you are okay with your problem , your treating physician gradually decrease the dose of medications.
Coming your gastric problem, which is very common and its not a serious disease to concern much . If you want to reduce your medicines usage, you need to change your life style-

Thanks, but Taking Drego D for such a longer time is safe. Yes , i drink alcohol and trying to minimize it. Can you suggest some exposure technique and desensitization methods . I am practicing 10 minutes shower on head , seems to be helpful. Pls guide.
Brief Answer:
Please consult your treating physician
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
Exposure and Desensitisation techniques are nothing but exposing yourself to a situation/place where you get fear. By slowly adapting to that situation you will get positive results. Say for example you are in fear of going to a height building , first you will be taken to a first floor , then after once you brave enough , you will be taken to a second floor finally to top.
This has to be done through a combination of conselling and treatment. so it should be done under care of a psychiatrist. I suggest you to consult your treating doctor and discuss about these things.
