Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your daughter suffering and as far as pudin hara is concern it's very much natural and safe. But, usually the pearl is not recommended for children's below 12 year. Please give, her 8-10 drops of pudin hara in 40-50ml of water and you may repeat it after 1 hour if required. Does, she has distention of abdomen?
Don't give anything by mouth except pudin hara If the pain persist's,visit a doctor.
Take care and i shall be glad to answer any further query

Hello Sir, Yes her stomach is distended. Since we have already given 1 pudin hara pearl, should we do anything to not have any side effect of that?
Brief Answer:
watch for vomiting and increase in distension
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Nothing needs to be done for pearl. It's not that risky. For abdomen pain,Just observe her for vomiting and increase in distension of abdomen, stool character(color). The most likely cause in her age is urinary tract infection which has symptoms of frequent urination and pain in lower abdomen.
As i told you, if her pain is not relieved, visit a doctor nearby.Meanwhile, nothing to be given by mouth except pudin XXXXXXX drops(diluted)
Take care and please reply, for any further query. How is she, now?
