thanks doctor.
My height is 5.6 foot and weight 61 kg. I have history of bronchial asthma. My built is somewhat skinny. I am software engineer by profession working 8-12 hours on week days and another 3-4 hours in commuting daily through cab. Hunger and sweating seems normal to me.

Brief Answer:
baseline investigations are advisable
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
puffiness is not clearly visible in your photograph,
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues , So I would advise you for a battery of tests like Complete hemogram Hemoglobin, CBC, Liver and kidney function test, Thyroid profile blood sugar and urine test.
You need not to worry, it doesn't seem to be a serious issue in the absence of any other associated complaints
Have multivitamin supplements for a month
If it persists or further increases than please consult a doctor fro aforementioned investigations and clinical examination to establish a diagnosis.
Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for more clarification I will happily answer you
