Please consider these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic
If i am not wrong I have answered you previously as well related to preexposure prophylaxis
Antibody titer after pre exposure vaccine more than 0.5 IU/ml is sufficient to confer you adequate immunity.

You are safe for any kind of scratches or bite as you have titer of 1.12IU/ml.
In case of severe laceration or tissue damage due to bite you may require irrigation of wound with anti serum immunoglobulins and post exposure prophylaxis after consulting a physician with proper assessment of the depth and area involved in the injury or wound due to sever bite as grade 3 bite.

However with your antibody titer 2 yearly booster is recommended.

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask if you have any more doubts, I will be happy to help you
