Is Radiating Pain In Abdomen And Back A Symptom Of Pancreatic Cancer?
Question: I have pain in middle back and I feel weak, i feel iah e Pancretic cancer ..if it's pancreatic cancer ,,would it be visible in abdominal ultrasound ,
my All blood,CBC,LFT,C-Reactive,RBS etc are normal , my age is 36 year from XXXXXXX

Hello dear. Pain in the abdomen radiating to back can be a feature of pancreatic cancer but just on the basis of it we can not decide.
If you have loss of appetite with loss of weight also then you require an ultrasound followed by ct scan of abdomen along with some blood test like CA 19.9
