Brief Answer:
No need of revaccination
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing this platform
There is no need of re vaccination as the child is bitten by a pet and also has taken 5 dosage of vaccines.
Immunity usually develops after 15 days of first two vaccines.Abhayrab is an approved vaccine and I assume that the efficacy of the vaccine was good.
So don't worry and just give first aid for injury (antibiotic if needed).
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.

Sir but blood came out when the pup bit
Brief Answer:
No problem, as vaccination has completed recently
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I such case anti rabies serum(for rapid immunity and to cover the Immunity for duration during which vaccination is not protecting that is initial 15 days) with vaccines (for long term immunity)needs to be given if the child is not immunised.
But as immunity has been built up by vaccination there is no need of re vaccination.
