Brief Answer:
No need of any treatment at present...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, Positive IgG level indicates past infection. It does not show recent infection.

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with your gynecologist for detailed clinical examination.. He may procure IgM level, IgG avidity test as per evaluation to confirm recent toxoplasmosis infection.

You may also require amniocentesis and obstetrics ultrasound SOS to confirm fetal infection after gynecologist consultation.

As per my knowledge, I think at present there is no need of any treatment.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the further lab /investigations report and after confirmation of recent infection.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
