Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It looks safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your query. So it looks safe as there are no interactions reported between jakafi(ruxolitinib) and semaglutide.
However, that is because both PV and PV and use of semaglutide for weight loss are uncommon situation.
You should take semaglutide only if you have a BMI more than 30 or BMI more than 27 plus deranged lipid profile. Please discuss this with your oncologist or endocrinologist.

Kind regards.
