Brief Answer:
Read Detail answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed a thick discharge coming from the penis when it gets erected .

There are mucus secreting glands located in urethra which are stimulated on sexual arousal and secrete a thick mucus which acts as a lubricant for easy passage of thick semen during ejaculation .This is natural and normal phenomenon and nothing to be worried about it .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
The discharge that you are getting is mostly due to inflammation of urethral mucosa .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

Do not worry this will get resolved .spontaneously .

Thanks and Regards.

Doctor
I have one more problem. I have swelling on penis meatus. This is the 3rd time in last 3 months I am facing this probelm. I visited to a dermatologist. He prescribed me the following medicine
1. Mupirocin ointment
2. Allera tablet
3. Prednisolone 10mg tablet
I administered the above medicine for 10 days. Meatus swelling went away. But today it is coming again. As u said the discharge is coming out due to inflammation of urethra. So is there any connection between inflammation of urethra and meatus swelling ???
Is swelling on meatus due to inflammation of urethra ??
Doctor please provide your valuable advise for the same as well. I shall be thankful to you for this

Brief Answer:
Meatus is terminal part (Opening of Urethra expelling the urine .

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for writing again .The meatus is end of the urethral tube through which urine is passed out .Hence it is bound to get affected whenever there is any pathology of urethra.

Thanks and Regards.
