Is Severe Constipation Due To Closed Rectum After Prolonged Contraction Of The Sphincter Muscles Curable?

It's been over a one year, I am facing problem in defecation.
After so much time, I found out the cause of problem.
I can contract my rectum psycologically that is tube like structure which other person normally doesn't contract.
I don't wanna go in detail how it started, but 1yr back I started straining and closing my ass every time, every second.
That's how I got this problem on my own and now the situation is that the walls of my rectum are always pasted to each other involuntarily. I inserted my finger into the rectum not a single time, many time and found out that the walls are pasted to each other and a ring forms in the middle of rectum as the walls get pasted there. situation is like even i get problem in exiting the intestine gas.
Morning stool comes with pressure so it makes its way, but when the pressure reduces at the end the
last part. the stool got stuck there. And believe me it got stuck there for the full day if there is no other stool behind it. and any stool left in rectum creates some kind of smell.
----
Its not that i did not get any chance to recover in a one year period. I actually got many chances to recover from this problem till I didn't knew about this
rectum contraction.
I started running in December last year and in around two weeks condition was improved. now i could defecate much better. But at that time i left workouts.
----
But now situation is different- i know about the problem, i can feel the particular point where ring forms in rectum.
It's not that i am doing no effort from end these days. but after doing all the workout i feel my rectum relaxes, but suddenly my attention goes to rectum and it starts contracting again, so all my workout got wasted in just a second.
It's not that I m having any simple workout, I run for half an hour continuously without break and also try to meditate.
