yes doctor cough associate with sputum. I do get fever sometimes. cough started all of sudden doctor. I am attaching image of medications I m taking now.

Thanks for writing back.

Sorry for the delay in my response.

It appears to be pneumonitis based on your presentation.

I would recommend you to continue Telekast A or Ebast M twice daily for another one week. Also need to start a new antibiotic like tab Gramocef Cv 200 twice daily for 1 week.

If it is infective pneumonitis it will for sure get resolved, if it is allergic it may not subside with above medications.

Then I would recommend you getting the tests ordered by Dr V N XXXXXXX and visit him again. He is one amongst experienced doctors I know.
