Question: She has severe pain in her left arm.Is this related to a weak bone or is this because of spodylysis?This happens very frequently

The pain in the left arm can be due to spondylottic changes in the cervical spine or due to a frozen shoulder or due to weakening of the bones. This can happen due to muscle sprain also.
Proper diagnosis can be done after investigations like MRI scan of the neck and shoulder. You can consult an orthopedician regarding this. Do take a mild pain killer and do a hot compress in the area for relief.
Taking calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements will also help.
